"CFCX is wonderful! Amanda Parrish is my trainer and I have been training with her for 7 months. I am not sure where to even begin with how I feel about Carolina Fit Chix. Like most people when it comes to working out and going to a "bootcamp" class, I was so scared! Lifting Weights?  I was sure that was for men only and my beloved cardio was all I would ever need. I was also 100% sure there was going to be a gym full of these totally ripped females and my beginner body/skills would be laughed at. I was so wrong.
After getting married in the Summer of 2014, I had totally let myself go. I had gained a lot of weight by Christmas and was feeling very uncomfortable with how I looked and felt about myself. I had worked with Angela pre-wedding and enjoyed the progress I had made and how I felt. Her positive and encouraging attitude is contagious! When she contacted me about coming to bootcamp, I said no. I said I would most definitely die and did not want to be embarrassed in front of others. After my conversation with Angela, I took a hard look at myself and knew that I wanted to change. So the very next class that came up, I figured I would give it a try. What I found upon arriving was a gym full of ladies like myself, not the stereotypical idea I had locked in my head. These were ladies who wanted to make a change. Some were overweight, some weren't. Some where three times my age and some where younger. Some had noticeably been working out and some were just like me, beginners.  The workout was hard, I sweated, my legs hurt and I remember feeling a little sick, but afterward I felt so empowered! I felt like I could get the body back that I wanted because guess what, I didn't die. I drove home and promised myself that all I needed to do was continue to show back up. No excuses.  With the help of Angela, Sesily and Amanda I have gained control of my body and am continuing to not only just show up but to push harder. I have learned so much about lifting weights, the science to working out, and how IMPORTANT a role food plays into shaping your body. All three trainers have pushed me, told me to keep going and corrected my form when needed. One thing they haven't done is ever told me I was wrong, not good enough, or belittled me for my lack of strength, skills or knowledge. I love these ladies for that.

I HIGHLY recommend and encourage everyone to reach out of their comfort zones and try Carolina Fit Chix. There truly is nothing to lose other then the version of yourself you don't like. :)

Carolina fit chix is by far the best workout training facility I have ever experienced. Sesily has helped me so much to gain strength and work with the knee injury I have. She has the education and experience to work with all body types and ages. Strength training has helped me gain body confidence again! It's so nice to be able to work one on one with someone that encourages you and gives you that push for more.

Sesily and the personal training that she does have been the answer to my exercise & balance needs. She is pleasant, unintimidating, & well-planned. One would only have to observe her work with the different skill levels & ages of her clients to realize her expertise in individualizing. Whether one is a reluctant senior citizen exerciser (as I am), or a young athletic type--or someone with skills in between those--Sesily & Angela (the other personal trainer) seem to work with their clients at their appropriate levels. I would recommend that anyone looking for improvement in her well-being contact Sesily for the free consultation that she offers.

Your classes and instructors are wonderful! I love going CFCX because the classes are so effective, fun and your instructors are the best I've encountered in years of going to many classes at other gyms. The ladies provide excellent tips and suggestions to ensure we avoid injury and get the most from our class experience. Thanks to your great staff for making CFCX a gym I will continue to enjoy and refer to others.
