Angela West

IFPA Advanced CPT

 

I have been involved and passionate about health and fitness for many years. It wasn't until after having children that I felt the need to be fit.  A hefty first pregnancy  left me with a lot of weight to lose. I then realized how hard trying to reach a fit and healthy status really was. After years of yo yo dieting, and many hours of aerobics, and no real results I started getting really interested in strength training. I then hired a trainer, and the love grew.
After several years of training my own cllients my knowledge had deepened the desire to achieve goals I never thought I could ever attain myself. After years of mixed information, cookie cutter diets, and workouts plans, I have finally learned what really works and what most likely will not.
I am still a body under construction, and everyday like you brings new challenges and goals.

My passion is fitness and helping others meet their goals. I love to see the “aha” moments on my clients faces when they finally get their form right in their exercise, or when they finally see that they don’t have to follow a yo yo diet ever again! I am here to set my followers and clients free from the bondage of misinformation. A little about myself, personally- I have been married for 9 years. I have since became a Mommy of 2 sweet babies. My true struggle came when I gained an unwanted amount of weight after my first pregnancy. Achieving my prebaby weight before my 2nd baby was really important, and was achieved. I have been a dedicated meal prepper, keto participant, and now a long time mindful eater! Finding something that is maintainable and works for the individual is what is most important! I help guide women into lifestyle that is the perfect fit. Fit, happy, and healthy isn't a destination- it's a journey. It's the  road I’ll be on for a lifetime
